Please note that membership fees are payable.

*Unfortunately, this service does not support payments through SoftBank carrier billing.
The annual subscription fee for the VSPO! Fan Club is ¥6,600.
Your membership is valid until the end of the month, 11 months after your payment date.
(Example: Joining on August 15, 2024, means your membership will expire on July 31, 2025.)
*For your specific expiration date, please log in to the member site and check [MY PAGE].
We will send you a renewal notice 30 days prior to the expiration of your membership.
Credit card and carrier payments will automatically renew unless you cancel.
Convenience store payments require manual renewal.
Please be aware that if you do not complete the renewal process, you will not be able to access membership benefits starting next month.
Membership is limited to individuals with a Japanese address, as certain benefits necessitate shipping. We appreciate your understanding.
We do not impose a membership cap or have specific enrollment periods.
Feel free to join us whenever you like!

To prevent issues with receiving emails caused by device or filter settings, we recommend registering with a PC-based email service, such as Gmail or other free email providers.
Please note that all official communications from the VSPO! Fan Club is sent from @fc.vspo.jp.

<Verifying Your Email Settings>
■For Users of Free Email Services
If you are using a free email service such as Yahoo! Mail or Gmail, emails may be directed to your "Spam" or "Trash" folder.
Please check these locations if you have not received an email.
■For Users of Smartphones and Mobile Email Services
To ensure that you receive emails from @fc.vspo.jp, please review your email settings.
・Adjust or disable the setting to emails with URLs.
・Allow PC-based emails to pass through your filters.
・Set the anti-spoofing protection to "low" or disable it.
・Disable or adjust the spam filter settings as necessary.
*Notice for au Users
The default setting for on au services is configured to “high,” which may block important emails.
To ensure proper delivery, please change this setting to “low” before registering.
If you continue to experience issues after checking your settings, please contact us through the [Contact Us] page.
Violating the terms of service agreed upon at the time of registration may result in expulsion, as it will be considered "conduct that questions the member's eligibility."
Only genuine names are accepted for membership registration.
During events, you may be required to present official identification for verification purposes.
Entry will be considered invalid if registered under a different name, including that of a family member.
The VSPO! Fan Club will not be held responsible for any issues arising from registrations made under pen names or the names of other individuals.
Each individual is allowed to maintain only one registration (one account).
Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
If we discover instances of duplicate accounts, registrations under another individual's name, or the use of aliases, we reserve the right to terminate the membership without prior notice.
Please note that membership fees will not be refunded.
*Please avoid using aliases or third-party names when registering or applying for tickets.
<When a family member is already a member>
Registration is permitted as long as you use a different name, even if you reside at the same address.
There are no restrictions on family members sharing an address; however, duplicate registrations under the same name are prohibited.
Email addresses that do not comply with the globally recognized Internet standard, RFC (Request for Comments), cannot be used.
<Emails That Cannot Be Used (Based on RFC Standards)>
1, Symbols other than “-”, “_”, “.”, “+”, “?”, or “/” are included.
2, Two or more consecutive symbols are utilized.
3, A symbol is used at the beginning or just before the @.
4, The portion before the @ has more than 64 characters.
5, The entire address exceeds 256 characters.
Please use a different email address if yours meets any of the conditions mentioned above.
If you do not have an email account, consider creating a free one with providers such as Gmail or Yahoo.
You can update your information directly.
To update your address or phone number, log in to your account, navigate to MY PAGE, and select [Membership Information > Edit].
Please update your address promptly to avoid any potential delivery issues.

A confirmation email will be sent to your newly registered email address.
Click the URL provided in the email to complete the update.
Please visit the membership information section on MY PAGE to update your last name.
You can use VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, or AMEX for payment.
*However, credit cards issued internationally may not be supported.
The billing date is set by your credit card company.
For further information, please contact them using the phone number printed on the back of your card.
Payments are accepted at all FamilyMart, Lawson, MiniStop, and Seicomart locations across the country.
Please review the details below regarding the convenience stores we support and the payment procedures.
■ FamilyMart Payment Instructions
1. On the top screen of FamiPort, select "Bill Payment."
2. Please select "Enter Customer Number."
3. Please enter the 11-digit "Customer Number" provided in the email you received during your VSPO! Fan Club registration, and then press "OK."
4. Please present the printed payment slip to the cashier to finalize your payment.
*You can view your Customer Number before the payment deadline by clicking the "View Plan" button on the corresponding plan page.
■ Payment Instructions for Lawson and MiniStop
1. From the Loppi or MINISTOP Loppi top screen, select "Various Services Menu."
2. Please select "Payment of Various Bills and Fees."
3. Select "Various Bill Payments."
4. Tap "Multi-Payment Service."
5. Please enter the 14-digit "Order Number" found in the email you received during your VSPO! Fan Club registration, and then click "Next."
6. Please enter the 4-digit "Confirmation Number" found in the email you received during your VSPO! Fan Club registration, and then click "Next."
7. Present the printed slip to the cashier to complete your payment.
*The confirmation number can be viewed by clicking the "View Plan" button on the plan page before the payment deadline.
■ Seicomart Payment Instructions
1. On the Club Station's top screen, select "Internet Reception and Various Bill Payments."
2. Please enter the "Payment Reception" information provided in the email you received during your VSPO! Fan Club registration, and then click "Next."
3. Please enter the "Phone Number submitted during your VSPO! Fan Club registration and then press "Next Page."
4. Please present the printed slip to the cashier to finalize the payment.
*Please note that payment procedures may vary by location. Be sure to follow the in-store instructions as necessary.*
*You can verify the phone number by clicking the "View Plan" button on the plan page before the payment deadline.
Payment method change options depend on the selected method.

<For Membership Registration>
If payment has already been completed after entering the card details, no changes can be made.
If your payment is incomplete, you may restart the registration process to choose a different payment method.
<For Membership Renewals>
Memberships established with credit card payments will automatically renew.
To change your payment method, navigate to [Payment Information > Change] on MY PAGE.
*Switching from credit card payments to convenience store payments is not permitted.

Please visit [Plan Information > Join] on MY PAGE to reprocess your membership.
▼ Switching to an alternative payment option at the convenience store
If the payment has not yet been made, you can change the selected convenience store.
Please navigate to [Plan Information > Join] on MY PAGE and complete the process once more.

<For New Memberships>
If payment has already been completed after entering the card details, no changes can be made.
If your payment is incomplete, you may restart the registration process to choose a different payment method.
<For Membership Renewals>
Memberships established with credit card payments will automatically renew.
To change your payment method, navigate to [Payment Information > Change] on MY PAGE.
*Switching from carrier payment to convenience store payment is not permitted.
For password recovery, please use the [Forgot Your Password] link on the login screen.
Your login ID, which is the email address you used to register, can be found in the membership confirmation email.
After you register your first membership information (name, address, etc.), it will take approximately 3 to 4 months to receive your membership card.
Delivery may be delayed due to the current production status.
Although there is no specific inquiry period for undelivered cards, we are unable to investigate or provide assistance if more than three months have elapsed since the shipping date.
*If you fail to register your membership details, you will not be able to access VSPO! Fan Club benefits, including members only content and exclusive perks.
To request a new membership card, a reissue fee of 1,000 yen (including tax) will be charged.
Please contact our customer service team through the [Contact Us] page to proceed with your request.
*Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method.
*In the event of address errors, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
*Please allow approximately 3 to 4 months for the card to arrive after payment has been confirmed.
*Delivery times may vary depending on production conditions.
To cancel your membership, please navigate to [Plan Information > Cancel Membership] within MY PAGE.
